Nuestros Tres Leones son nuestros coaches principales de Convo. Todos son profesores de inglés certificados, con más de 30 años de experiencia y una larga trayectoria. Pero lo más importante: son organizados, comprometidos y apasionados por el aprendizaje del idioma.
Hi! I’m Tati, from Brazil. I’ve been a language teacher for the past eight years, and I absolutely love it. Beyond teaching, I’m passionate about languages, traveling, and literature.
My adventures have taken me to places like Croatia and China, amongst others, where I’ve taught, worked in organic farms, or just immersed myself in different cultures.
When I’m home, you’ll often find me at the beach or lost in a novel—traveling in my mind even when I’m not on the road! My native language is Portuguese, and I also speak English, Spanish, and French. Right now, I’m having fun learning Italian.

I was born and raised in the Philippines. For nearly four decades, I've been shuttling back and forth between two linguistic worlds: Filipino (my mother tongue) and English (an official language in my country).
I've always loved teaching English, so I earned a master's degree in English pedagogy and took the Cambridge CELTA, a globally recognized teaching certificate. I’ve taught all types of language learners, from absolute beginners to advanced speakers.
Besides teaching, I have a wide range of interests: I love walking off the beaten path in big cities, lifting weights at the gym, watching Nolan’s sci-fi films, listening to bossa nova, and cooking chicken adobo, a quintessential Filipino dish.

Hi guys, my name is Victor, but you can call me Vic. I’m an experienced educator with four years of teaching under my belt. Energy, charisma, and student-centered engagement are the core tenets upon which my teaching methodology is predicated.
I have a degree in Political Science and am currently working toward my master’s in the same field. I lead an active life and am highly passionate about football, rugby, and training in the gym.
As an avid sports enthusiast, I enjoy both spectating and participating. Respect and fairness are critical virtues in how I choose to interact, and I operate on the premise of reciprocity, and I expect those same egalitarian values to be returned in kind. Above all, I’m here to learn from you all and foster a warm, accommodating environment where we can all succeed.

Nuestros coaches siempre son hablantes nativos o tienen un nivel avanzado (C1+). Siempre. Si no son nativos, han logrado alcanzar la fluidez oral y ahora están aquí para acompañarte en el camino.
Han sido formados en el arte y la ciencia de la conversación fluida y la facilitación. Su trabajo es brindarte un espacio seguro y estructurado donde puedas cometer errores y aprender de ellos. Conocen bien el esfuerzo y las dificultades que implica llegar a hablar con fluidez. Su enfoque es:

Facilitar el flujo de la conversación y darte espacio para hablar y aprender de tus errores;

Corregir tus errores sin interrumpir tu ritmo;

Escucharte activamente;

Ayudarte a construir frases completas con el vocabulario y la gramática que ya conoces;

Plantear una clase que te exija, pero que sea alcanzable.

Motivarte y animarte a seguir un plan de estudio sencillo fuera de clase;
